In addition, unlike booking with an individual owner it has been known for owners to disappear with funds or sell their home at the last minute, leaving clients high and dry) in the unlikely event of an emergency should a home become unhabitable we can normally provide alternative accommodation.
Pre Holiday Information Pack
Our pre holiday information pack sent you you in advance of your holiday is so comprehensive that on arrival at your holiday location you will have a full knowledge of directions, attractions, recommended restaurants and bars, recommended site seeing tours, activities, tips on safety, etc, etc.
Thus ensuring from day one you can maximise your time enjoying oneself rather than familiarising yourself by trial and error.
All homes checked
We personally visit all our homes which are checked to ensure they meet the advertised standard, making sure they are fully furnished so that all clients need are personal belongings.
On-site Full Time Manager
In addition we employ a full time reputable local manager on call 24/7 to ensure a carefree vacation and all guests have full contact details.

It is our moral responsibility to ensure your holiday is a wonderful experience and we are at the end of a telephone every day should you have any queries. Nor will we mislead you on any vacation home or destination, but give honest customer service.
